The Garden at Gabayan Rivirea is one of the unique features of our resort that sets us apart from other holiday destinations. Sustainably growing and harvesting in partnership with our local farmers, then preparing, and enjoying food on-site, have showcased our core values of bringing our clients the best of the best. Our chefs form an integral part of the farming process, with a unique privilege of directly requesting and overseeing, produce varieties and harvest sizes. This all-natural sustainable harvest approach , ensures a quality of produce beyond the norm and allows us to serve the freshest quality dish possible.

Our Foods

Calamari

Tender calamari and banana peppers lightly dusted and deep fried to perfection. Served with chili lime mayo for dipping.
